Role Description
We're seeking an experienced Small Animal Vet (4–5+ years UK experience) to lead our Horley branch. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys autonomy, values continuity of care, and wants to help shape a well-established independent practice.
What you'll do:
• Lead our Horley branch in a sole-charge role
• Work with an experienced RVN + strong support team
• Influence clinical standards, workflow, and case management
• Access support from our wider team in Redhill

• 4-day week (3 days considered)
• 1 in 4 Saturdays (9am–1pm)
• No OOH
