Key Responsibilities:
* Welcome and advise customers—building rapport and trust from first drop-off
* Schedule and manage service, MOT, repairs, and routine maintenance
* Communicate clearly with workshop teams to keep jobs moving and customers informed
* Upsell service plans, accessories, repairs, or product enhancements
* Maintain precise service records and job cards through DMS systems
* Be the friendly point of contact for inbound enquiries, walk-ins, and follow-up communications
Working Hours:
* Monday to Friday: 08:00–17:30
* Rotational Saturdays: 1 in every 3, 08:00–12:00 (included in salary)

Who We’re Looking For:
* Experience in a Service Advisor role or similar customer-facing motor trade position
* Confident, organised, and approachable with great communication skills
* Comfortable using DMS systems and handling service admin
* Strong focus on customer satisfaction and efficient job turnaround
* Full UK driving licence preferred but not essential
