Worldwide Education is seeking compassionate and dedicated SEN Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to work across a range of supportive schools in and around High Wycombe on a flexible, supply basis.

Your Role
* Support pupils with special educational needs (SEN) on a 1:1 or small group basis
* Assist with learning activities, ensuring pupils are fully engaged
* Encourage independence and positive behaviour
* Work closely with teachers and support staff to create a supportive learning environment
What Were Looking For
* Experience working with children or young people (SEN experience desirable)
* A caring, patient, and proactive approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
* Willingness to complete an Enhanced DBS check
