Full Time | 40 Hours per Week | Monday to Friday + Alternate Saturdays
Weekday Off in Lieu | Early Finish on Saturdays

What You'll Be Doing as a Sales Administrator:
Order Hero: Accurately process customer orders via phone, email, and even the occasional fax
Problem-Solver Extraordinaire: Handle delivery queries, sort issues with a smile, and make sure every customer is left happy
Frontline Star: Be the welcoming voice on the phone and the friendly face at reception
Team Player: Work closely with stock control and support invoice distribution-keeping everything ticking behind the scenes
We're Looking for Someone Who Is...
Experienced in a customer service or admin-based role
A confident communicator-friendly, clear, and professional
Super organised with a great eye for detail
Positive, adaptable, and thrives in a collaborative environment
Comfortable juggling tasks and staying calm under pressure
