We are looking for a Care Team Leader to join our dedicated team at Birchwood Court in Peterlee.
Qualifications
* Experience in care (NVQ3/SVQ3 in Social Care or equivalent is desirable)
* Strong communication skills and flexibility
* Team player who values collaboration
* Genuine interest in older people and kindness
* Commitment to treating everyone with dignity and respect
Responsibilities
* Support the wellbeing of residents and help them feel at home
* Work together as a team to enrich residents' lives and support colleagues
* Deliver personalised care in line with individual care plans

* Guide and encourage Care Assistants in their development
