Job overview: Lead the transformation of line maintenance for a global airline group. Drive strategy and delivery of four AI-powered products to boost cost-effectiveness, productivity, and operational performance across multiple airlines.What You’ll Do:
7. Drive Product Success: Oversee the full lifecycle of four AI solutions, ensuring they deliver measurable value and adoption across the Group.
8. Maximise Impact: Accelerate productivity and cost savings, securing materialmitments from each airline.
9. Influence & Align: Build consensus and drive change among diverse stakeholders, oveing barriers to group-wide adoption.
10. Shape Strategy: Set product vision, prioritise features, and ensure the suite stays ahead of industry benchmarks.
What You Bring:
11. Product Leadership: Proven experience in product management, ideally in AI, aviation (specifically MRO), orplex enterprise tech.
12. Stakeholder Influence: Exceptional ability to drive consensus and managepeting priorities across business units.
13. Execution Excellence: Track record of delivering results in high-velocity, transformation-driven environments.
14. Technical Acumen: Strong grasp of AI/ML concepts and their application to operational optimisation.
15. Clear,pellingmunicator—able to engage execs, engineers, and frontline teams alike.
Prior to Experience:
16. Has worked as a consultant or colleague within FTSE100 organisations or equivalent
17. Intrapreneurial experience desirable
