Lead Crypto Software Engineer – Front-Office

Day-to-day
* Design and ship green-field low-latency services for pricing and execution.
* Remain hands-on while guiding a tight squad of engineers.

* Champion automated testing, observability and airtight security.
What you’ll bring
* Front-office / buy-side experience in FX, equities, commodities or crypto.
* Deep expertise in Python or Go, plus working knowledge of C++ or Java.
* Proven record building exchange-connectivity or execution-flow systems.
* Delivery focus – comfortable smashing blockers and tight timelines.
* Leadership across architecture, SDLC and developer mentoring.
* Willingness to be in the London office every day.
