Warehouse Operative (Counterbalance Forklift Licence)
Location: AberdeenPay Rate: £12.60 per hour (to be increased 1 Apr amount TBC)Contract: Temporary to Permanent (12 weeks)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm 37.5 hours per week 1-hour unpaid lunch break

Key Responsibilities
* Operate forklift trucks safely in line with company procedures
* Support garment decoration processes, including heat sealing
* Pick, pack and prepare stock for internal distribution and dispatch
* Load and unload deliveries efficiently and safely
* Carry out general warehouse and housekeeping duties
* Maintain a clean, organised and compliant working environment
* Assist colleagues to help the team meet daily operational targets
* Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
Skills Required
* Confident forklift operation
* Strong attention to detail
* Good communication skills
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Reliable timekeeping and a strong work ethic
* Ability to prioritise tasks in a busy environment
* Basic IT or scanning-system skills (advantageous but not essential)
Knowledge & Experience
Essential:
* Valid Counterbalance Forklift Truck Licence
* Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics or stores environment
* Understanding of safe manual handling
Desirable:
* Knowledge of garment decoration or heat sealing processes
* Experience using warehouse management systems
* Familiarity with stock control and goods-in/goods-out procedures
