* Salary will be circa £30 000 + Bonus

Key Responsibilities Include:
* Respond promptly to customer enquiries and resolve issues efficiently
* Process a variety of orders with accuracy and attention to detail
* Support the sales and logistics teams in delivering a seamless customer experience
* Maintain and update customer records and CRM systems
* Proactively build strong relationships with customers and internal teams
* Keep informed on our wine portfolio to provide excellent product support
* Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal standards
What You’ll Bring:
* Proven experience in a Customer Service or Admin role, ideally within the food, beverage, or wine industry
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organisation, multitasking, and time management abilities
* A team player mindset with a customer-first attitude
* Accuracy and a sharp eye for detail
