As an HGV Driver, you will play a crucial role in delivering fresh, temperature-controlled dairy products to depots, wholesale customers, and retailers across the UK. Operating within a multi-drop delivery environment, youll ensure timely, accurate, and safe deliveries while upholding professional customer service standards. Working Hours: 48 hours per week, 5 shifts per week, night shifts (start times between 20:00 03:00) Key Responsibilities: Operate Class 1 or Class 2 vehicles in accordance with UK road laws and tachograph regulations Carry out multi-drop deliveries, managing stock rotation and maintaining product quality Conduct daily vehicle checks and report any faults or defects Load and unload products safely using manual handling and appropriate equipment Adhere to health & safety, food hygiene, and security procedures at all times Accurately record deliveries, returns, and payments using handheld devices or manual logs Maintain cleanliness of both the vehicle interior and exterior Provide courteous and professional service to all customers What Were Looking For: A full UK driving license Category CE preferred, Category C considered Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card Good level of physical fitness to carry out manual handling duties Strong communication and customer service skills Flexibility to work night shifts and weekends as required Open to newly qualified and Class 2 drivers training and development opportunities provided
