Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the full recruitment process including resume screening, candidate communication, and interview coordination.
2. Participate in global talent mapping projects and assist with hiring needs for overseas business teams.
3. Translate, proofread, and review recruitment-related documents with high quality (mainly Chinese-English).
4. Assist in planning and organizing online/offline recruitment events, training sessions, and culture activities.
5. Help with recruitment data collection, analysis, and reporting to support hiring strategy optimization.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s or master’s student (current enrollment), major in HR, English, Management, or related fields preferred.
2. Fluent in both English and Chinese (written and spoken), with strong communication and coordination skills.
3. Proactive, detail-oriented, responsible, and able to complete tasks efficiently.
4. Passion for recruitment/HR work, with fast learning ability and strong team spirit.
5. Available to work 5 days per week for at least 3 consecutive months.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office; skills in Photoshop, video editing, or poster design are a plus.
