About the job
You will be a subject matter expert in your technology tower. You will be responsible for delivering infrastructure improvement programmes with accountability for budgets up to £1 million. You will liaise with numerous stakeholders via recognised governance forums. Key Accountabilities
1. Shape and deliver technology-enabled business transformation from concept to deployment.
2. Define, communicate, and maintain the strategic roadmap of change across the portfolio.
3. Own all IT elements of the business cases created within the scope of the portfolio.
4. Build and manage relationships with senior business stakeholders at the Executive Board level and their leadership teams.
5. Promote collaborative working practices across business functions, IT directorates, and suppliers to ensure successful alignment and delivery of business and IT priorities.
6. Identify and assess complex technical and business ideas, leveraging knowledge of functional domains to identify benefits and provide solution options.
7. Create and develop high-performing teams, manage resources, set objectives, and provide performance feedback.
8. Coordinate activities and interdependencies, including risk management, integrations, and third-party contributions, to implement complex projects from concept to operations.
9. Manage the technology budget and ensure that technology benefits are realized as planned.
