Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Analytics Specialist based in Gateshead, with flexibility for some remote work. In this role, the Analytics Specialist will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data, developing analytics-based insights, and supporting decision-making processes. Day-to-day tasks include conducting statistical analysis, preparing data-driven reports, and collaborating with various teams to implement business analytics solutions. Additionally, the specialist will be involved in identifying trends, optimizing processes, and supporting strategic planning initiatives.
Qualifications
* Strong Analytical Skills and a foundational understanding of Analytics
* Expertise in Business Analytics and the ability to interpret and apply insights to drive decision-making
* Proficiency in Data Analytics and familiarity with tools and technologies in the analytics space
* Knowledge of Statistics and experience with statistical analysis methods
* Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
* Proficiency in visualizing and presenting data in a clear, concise manner
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus
* Experience in the training or education sector is advantageous
