Responsibilities
:
1. Work with TTS Solution Sales & Product Sales Managers to ensure understanding of key TTS Sales activities for portfolio drivepletion of projects through product adoption and revenue realization.
2. Provide support where necessary for the coordination of critical projects with relevant stakeholders within TTS such as Implementation of new solutions, VOC feedback and associated action plans
3. Support CITIKYC/AML requirements for new business opportunities for a defined portfolio of clients.
4. Where required, lead clientmunication of Product migrations, regulatory changes and market updates for portfolio being a client advocate internally and support driving the change management agenda for TTS.
5. Responsible for hosting proactive Client Experience TTS relationship reviews with key client contacts in addition to the Decision Maker.
6. Work in close partnership with key stakeholders to have visibility of pending actions and ensure timingpletion or support provided to drive adoption and revenue realization.
7. As part of product adoption, responsible to ensure pricing set up is correct and for new business Product Sales pricing is clearly defined and shared with the Client Executive and client
8. Responsible for review of monthly revenue analysis for defined client portfolio by preparing summaries/ forecasts andmunicating findings to respective stakeholders
9. Ensurepliance with TTS credit, risk, and TTS Sales processes where applicable
10. Work closely with client to understand ad-hoc credit needs to facilitate their treasury requirements working with BCMA/GSG to ensure allocation of credit. Participate in monthly OD management process.
11. Partner with TTS Solution Sales to share feedback on Product requirements / Gaps.
12. Manage documentation deficiency and deferral process for assigned portfolio working with Risk andpliance to ensure adherence to Citi policies.
13. Ensure AML enquiries handled promptly and thoughtfully ensuring adherence to Citi policies.
14. Work in partnership with Operations and Legal partners for client novations.

Knowledge/Experience:
19. Significant experience in Client Management roles
20. Relevant Treasury / Cash Management experience
Skills:
21. Excellent interpersonal, influencing and diplomacy skills to manage internal and client relationships and engage with Senior Management both Client and Citi
22. Strong Analytical and Problem solving skills
23. Clear and concise written and verbalmunication skills
24. Time management and organisational skills
25. German Spanish, French & Italian language advantageous
