As a Senior Project Manager, you will own the successful delivery of technically and financially complex projects—driving scope, schedule, budget, and customer satisfaction while serving as a trusted partner to both clients and executive stakeholders. What You’ll Lead End‑to‑End Project Ownership – Drive project execution across scope, deliverables, timeline, and budget for large, complex programs. Customer Partnership – Act as the primary customer interface throughout execution, building confidence through transparency and results. Financial & Technical Accountability – Own forecasting, revenue, margin, and overall financial health while ensuring technical excellence. What You Bring 10 years of experience in Project Management, planning, or manufacturing environments. Experience in the water or wastewater industry preferred. PMP certification preferred. Strong problem‑solving skills with a proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset. Proven ability to manage project financials (forecasting, revenue, margin). Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office (Project, Excel, Word). Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Executive‑level communication skills with sound judgment on escalation. Strong business acumen and understanding of enterprise strategy.
