Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive
Location: Wakefield
Hours of Work: 8:45am - 5pm, Monday to Friday
Hybrid working: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home
Package: £30,000, pension, 25 days holiday, healthcare after qualifying period
About the Role:
We’re looking for a confident, proactive, and organised Sales and Marketing Executive to join a growing B2B team in the healthcare products sector. This is a great opportunity to support both sales and marketing functions in a varied, hands-on role. You’ll be working across multiple areas including digital content, product launches, client engagement, and administrative support – all while contributing to the growth of innovative products in the Away From Home (AFH) category.

Sales & Marketing Support
* Assist in preparing and managing contracts, pricing structures, rebates, and customer quotes.
* Work alongside the sales team on client presentations, reports, and day-to-day support.
* Liaise directly with customers, providing information and handling queries.
* Coordinate internal departments (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain) to support customer needs.
Marketing Activities
* Maintain and update websites using WordPress and GoDaddy.
* Create visual marketing assets in Canva.
* Work with design agencies to deliver on-brand materials.
* Support product launches with sample coordination and customer onboarding.
* Track and report website and campaign performance using Google Analytics.
Business Development
* Research and map customer routes to market.
* Maintain competitor insights, product developments, and pricing trends.
* Contribute to social media presence and market engagement.
What We’re Looking For
Essential Skills & Experience
* Experience in an administrative role within a Sales and/or Marketing team.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
* A proactive, organised and self-starting mindset.
* Comfortable communicating with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
* Fluent English and strong written communication skills.
Desirable
* Experience within the healthcare sector or B2B sales environment.
* Familiarity with Canva, WordPress, Google Analytics, and briefing creative agencies.
* Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
* Commercial awareness and confidence in handling customer needs.
