The role will be pivotal in driving profitable growth, optimising site performance, and delivering outstanding customer experiences that reflect the brand's values and personality.
The role will lead the eCommerce trading team to ensure the brands digital channel is performing to its full potential - from launch planning and conversion optimisation to promotional execution and trading insight.

Key Responsibilities
Trading & Commercial Performance
1. Lead group eCommerce trading strategy, driving sales, profit, and growth across the dedicated brands.
2. Oversee daily and weekly performance, ensuring sales, AOV, and margin targets are met.
3. Plan and execute trading calendars, promotions, and launches with brand and merchandising teams.
4. Work closely with the merchandising team on stock and pricing to maximise availability and protect brand integrity.
5. Optimise DTC and third-party channels for performance and profitability.
