About the Role
As a Building Surveyor, you will work across a wide range of commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects. Your responsibilities will include:
* Conducting building surveys and producing detailed reports
* Preparing schedules of condition and dilapidation
* Managing repair and refurbishment projects from inception to completion
* Advising clients on design, construction, maintenance, and repair
* Assisting with party wall matters and building regulations compliance
* Supporting junior team members and contributing to APC development (if applicable)
