* Receiving and placing customer service telephone calls.
* Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.
* Troubleshoot customer problems and take steps to resolve them.
* Assist in ordering products from approved vendors.
* Monitoring competitive pricing for products and updating vendor costs.
* Become familiar with products in order to assist customers.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Ability to develop customer relationships using the telephone, and email.
* Organized and can follow up consistently.
* Comfortable with technical products and solutions.
* Exhibit written communication skills.
* Comfortable with Google/Microsoft Apps, and CRM Apps.
* Multi-tasker enjoys communicating and building customer relationships.
* Ability to work with deadlines.
* Can handle a fast-paced environment with interruptions.
* Valid driver's license.
