We now have a fantastic opportunity to join our Inchinnan site as a Production Manager.
📍 This role is based at our Inchinnan site and works on a rotating weekly shift pattern, including weekends.
Responsibilities
* Lead continuous improvement forums and quality circles to analyse production issues and implement effective solutions.
* Ensure compliance with quality standards, driving corrective actions and improving working conditions.
* Produce and review KPI reports, identifying trends and recommending improvements to enhance operational excellence.
* Collaborate cross‑functionally to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
* Liaise with customers and service teams where necessary to uphold service commitments.
* Support environmental initiatives, including energy reduction and sustainability improvements.
Production
* Plan, organise and coordinate resources to consistently achieve On Time In Full (OTIF) production in line with client contract specifications.
Finance
* Work with the General Manager to develop and manage functional budgets, monitoring variances and controlling costs.
* Contribute to strategic planning of operational activity and capital investment proposals.
* Ensure all production lines operate efficiently, cost‑effectively and to the highest quality and service standards.
Leadership & People Management
* Lead, develop and support all production employees through effective performance management, absence management, training and regular SMART‑based reviews.
* Build strong, high‑performing teams and foster a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.
