1. Basic Salary up to £36,500, OTE £40,000 (uncapped)

3. Monday – Friday 08:30 – 17:30, Saturdays 1 in 2 08:00 – 12:00
Automotive Vehicle Technician required for our clients Vehicle Dealership in Pyecombe, East Sussex!
Our Client a large automotive dealership group covering multiple sites and over 5 well established automotive brands, are currently seeking a Vehicle Technician for their busy dealership within Pyecombe.
Our Client offers a great package and working environment for their employees and is keen to hear from those with an NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent with good experience as a technician. If you are an MOT Tester or lesser qualified technician, please still get in touch!

Duties of a Vehicle Technician with our Client:
11. Main duties of the role will include servicing, diagnosis and repairs
12. Working in accordance with brand and dealership processes.
13. Liaising directly with customers where appropriate.
14. Providing support and mentoring to less experienced colleagues ensuring they are trained and up to date in their skills and knowledge of processes and repairs.
15. Share knowledge and expertise.
16. Ensuring that the immediate working environment is kept clean and devoid of any working practice which may be hazardous to either themselves or others
What our Client expects of their Vehicle Technician:
17. Relevant City & Guilds, BTEC or NVQ accreditation
18. Class 4 MOT Licence desirable but not essential
19. Previous work experience in a franchise dealership
20. Ability to work as part of a team.
21. Commitment to delivering first class customer service.
22. Able to plan, organise self and meet agreed work deadlines.
23. A full UK driving licence.
