The
Systems Infrastructure Engineer
will ensure the performance, resilience, and security of enterprise systems while delivering project-based improvements. Working closely with business stakeholders, you'll combine strong Microsoft technology expertise with clear, confident communication to deliver outcomes that make a measurable impact.
Role Highlights
* Maintain and optimise core infrastructure across Microsoft 365, Azure AD/Entra ID, Windows Server, Intune, and networking.
* Provide 2nd/3rd line support, solving issues at root cause and building long-term solutions.
* Deliver projects that enhance systems, from planning through to structured handover.
* Ensure platforms meet security and compliance standards including ISO 27001, GDPR, and Cyber Essentials Plus.
* Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders, providing clear updates and building trust in IT delivery.
You Will Need
* Proven experience in infrastructure or systems engineering within enterprise-scale environments.
* Technical depth across Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure/Entra ID, Windows Server, networking, Nutanix, and Veeam.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with an ability to explain outcomes clearly.
* A collaborative, outcome-focused mindset with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
* A data-driven, structured approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
