Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant – What You’ll Be Doing:
* Supporting teaching and learning in EYFS, KS1, or KS2 based on your strengths
* Providing one-to-one and small group support to help pupils meet learning targets
* Assisting with lesson preparation, classroom activities, and general class support
* Encouraging pupils' emotional, social, and academic growth
* Helping to manage classroom behaviour in a positive, consistent manner
* Supporting children with additional needs or learning difficulties as required
* Contributing to a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
* Working collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and other support staff
Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant – What We’re Looking For:
* A 2:1 degree or higher in any subject (Education-related degrees are a bonus)
* A passion for working with children and making a positive impact
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A caring, patient, and enthusiastic attitude
* Ability to use initiative and work effectively as part of a team
* Previous experience with children (e.g., tutoring, mentoring, volunteering) is advantageous
