Role Details:
In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving measurable productivity improvements across the business through the use of AI. You will identify and prioritise opportunities, design and deliver training and enablement, and support early-stage prototyping to turn ideas into practical solutions.
Working within Altrad’s Microsoft ecosystem and Agile delivery framework, you will guide teams in adopting safe and effective AI practices, while monitoring impact through metrics such as time saved, quality improvements, and user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Contribute to AI solution patterns within the Microsoft stack; align with existing data and governance practices.
2. Assist in integrating retrieval-augmented knowledge (e.g., SharePoint) into copilots for policy, HSE, and project documentation.
3. Create and maintain prompt libraries and “golden paths” for common tasks and roles.
4. Support responsible AI practices: data privacy, security, access control, and auditability (incl. GDPR).
5. Document assumptions, decision logs, model/feature limitations, and mitigation approaches.
Key Requirements:
Essential
6. Degree (or equivalent experience) in Data/AI/Computer Science/Business Analytics or similar
7. Understanding of LLM fundamentals, prompt engineering basics, evaluation, and AI safety.
8. Familiarity with Microsoft (Teams, SharePoint), Copilot, and low-code tooling (Power Automate/Power Apps).
9. Comfortable facilitating workshops and translating business problems into AI-ready use cases.
10. Clear written communication; strong documentation habits; analytical mindset
11. Must be able to undergo full security clearance.
Desirable
12. Exposure to Python or SQL for light data wrangling and experiment setup
13. Knowledge of governance/guardrails, access control, and responsible AI frameworks.
14. Experience producing learning content (slide decks, short videos) and running training.
15. Familiarity with BI tooling (Power BI) for simple impact dashboards and KPI tracking
