Assembly Operative
Location: Chalgrove, Oxfordshire
Salary:£26,700 + possible overtime
Shifts:Monday - Thursday 8 am-5 pm, Friday 8 am-12noon
What Youll Do:
* Handle explosive materials and components with care.
* Accurately interpret assembly drawings and production documents.
* Assemble components to precise tolerances using specialized equipment.
* Conduct self-inspections and quality checks.
* Update SAP systems to ensure accurate work progress tracking.
What Were Looking For:
* Production/manufacturing experience in a similar environment.
* Basic understanding of engineering drawings and health & safety procedures.
* Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
* Team player who can also work independently under pressure.
