We are looking for a strategic and supportive partner for our clients. You will focus on building loyalty to ensure long-term client retention by presenting product information, addressing customer issues, and helping the sales team with upsells and renewals.
Key responsibilities
* Providing expertise on our products and services to our clients
* Solving client queries and offering solutions
* Ensure our clients are getting the best products & solutions for their long-term strategy
* Understanding clients' needs and capturing feedback to improve products and services
* Proactively communicate with our clients and internal stakeholders
* Participate in networking events.
About you
* Previous experience in a client/customer service role, with international corporate organizations.
* Exposure in dealing with multiple stakeholders from different geographical areas.
* Ability to communicate in English fluently+ any other languages like French / German/ Spanish / Italian
* A natural networker and a team player
* A passion for research and finding solutions
* Excellent written, presentation and oral communication skills.
* Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to successfully manage numerous clients simultaneously
