Working with some of the largest and most complex cases in the Midlands region, and indeed the UK insurance market - this is an outstanding career opportunity to join a specialist team at a global insurance broking giant.


The role is peak client service, without the pressure of sales targets - instead focusing on providing the right solutions for your clients.


The role can be based in Birmingham or Nottingham.

Role Insights:

* Account Handling a diverse portfolio of corporate clients, managing complex insurance programmes with £1bn+ sums insured
* Working on a variety of insurance lines, from property, liabilities and Motor, with oversight of other classes as required
* You’ll focus on client servicing and support, ensuring the highest standards without the pressure of sales targets
* Learn about Global programmes, with exceptional insights from the wider business
* Collaborate with a seasoned team dedicated to supporting your transition into this advanced role


Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of up to 10-12 specialist clients through the year.
* Analyse and interpret complex insurance requirements to provide tailored solutions
* Ensure the highest level of client service, responding promptly to queries and concerns
* Collaborate with internal teams to maintain and enhance service delivery standards
* Keep abreast of market trends and regulatory changes to provide informed advice


Essential Skills & Experience:

* Proven experience in insurance account handling of large Corporate accounts within a brokerage environment
* Experience of global programmes would be a Bonus, but not a requirement.
* Strong understanding of various insurance products and markets
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to analyse complex data and present information clearly
* Adept at building and maintaining professional client relationships
* ACII qualification or work towards is desirable, but far from essential
