We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Assistant Support Manager to join a leading care provider in Wheatley, supporting individuals with learning disabilities. Key Responsibilities
As an Assistant Support Manager, you will be responsible for supporting individuals with learning disabilities, promoting their independence, and ensuring their well-being. You will work closely with the support team to provide high-quality care and support, while also developing your leadership skills to progress to a Support Manager role in the future.
