Office Manager – Mansfield – up to £45,000
Chase & Holland are excited to be working with a clean tech business who are currently looking to recruit an Office Manager to join a busy growing team. This is a service led organisation who strives to put the customer at the centre of everything they do. You will be responsible for providing full office support as well as supporting the MD. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to work for a growing organisation with in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities of the Office Manager:
Overseeing the day to day running of the office
Support of the MD and the Sales/Commercial teams
Taking minutes in meetings
Managing office supplies, equipment and facilities
Assisting with onboarding, recruitment and general HR support
Ensuring the office complies with health and safety regulations
Maintaining company policies and procedures as well as supporting compliance across the business
Helping to create a positive and productive workplace culture
Diary and building management
Adhoc tasks that could cover anything depending on demand
Required Skills & Experience:
Good IT and communication skills
Experience providing excellent administrative support and ideally managing a busy growing office environment
Excellent general office experience including an understanding of HR
Excellent attention to detail
Must be highly organised and able to prioritise
