We are helping a leading business insights and services organisation that is seeking a bright and enthusiastic Customer Support Executive to join their growing team. You’ll be the friendly, reliable face that helps a dedicated customer base navigate their subscriptions, solve issues, and get the most from a suite of services that make a real impact. You’ll work alongside commercial, insight, and marketing teams, helping to manage a small portfolio of clients and ensuring they receive exceptional support throughout their journey. This is an exciting stepping stone into the world of account management and client services. What you’ll be doing: • Handling customer queries with professionalism and empathy via phone and email. • Managing web subscriptions and onboarding new users. • Processing orders accurately and efficiently. • Keeping CRM records neat and up-to-date. • Liaising with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience for all customers. • Building relationships with clients and supporting their success. What we’re looking for: • A degree-level education (or equivalent experience). • Excellent communication and organisation skills. • A proactive, detail-focused mindset and a real interest in helping people. • Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office is a bonus.
