Job Title: Business Development Manager – Women's Health and Oral Care
About the Role:

We're seeking a highly experienced and commercially astute National Account Manager to drive growth across major UK retailers in the women's health and oral care categories.
Your Key Responsibilities:
You will take full ownership of key accounts—both retail and digital—with an emphasis on high-volume partnerships across pharmacy, grocery, and wholesale. Your industry relationships and proven success with large-scale retailers will be key to scaling our established women's health brand and launching a bold new oral care line. Some of your key responsibilities include:
* Managing and expanding high-profile retail and pharmacy accounts nationally
* Leveraging existing relationships to open doors and accelerate listings
* Leading UK commercial strategy for two growth categories
* Driving sales performance, category visibility, and market share
* Partnering cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and HQ
* Traveling within the UK and occasionally across Europe
Your Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* 5+ years of account management experience with major UK retailers
* A proven track record in consumer healthcare, OTC, personal care, or pharma
* A strong network across grocery multiples, high street retailers, and pharmacy chains
* A strategic mindset with hands-on execution and entrepreneurial drive
* The ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment
