What You’ll Deliver
 * Build out new business pipelines to drive year-on-year growth of 15–20%
 * Proactively find, engage, and win new clients; identify market segments and lead generation channels
 * Lead outreach campaigns (LinkedIn, personalised cold email, events, etc.) to senior stakeholders (MDs, CEOs)
 * Own the end-to-end sales process for new business—from discovery, proposal, negotiation through to close
 * Collaborate closely with the Commercial Director to sharpen strategy, messaging, and go-to-market plans
 * Monitor market trends, competitive moves, and customer pain points to inform BD strategy
What We’re Looking For
 * Proven track record in new business / direct sales, ideally in technology or telco sectors focused on a public sector audience.
 * Track record in selling telecommunications and networking products.
 * Experience selling into senior stakeholders—MDs, CEOs, or equivalent decision makers
 * Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
 * Self-motivated, resilient and structured in approach: comfortable with cold outreach, follow‑ups, prospecting
 * Strong commercial awareness with the ability to shape deals and influence strategy
