You'll be working with students who may face challenges such as behavioural difficulties, Autism, ADHD, or emotional needs, helping them to engage through physical activity and structured support. The Role: Supporting students in lessons and during physical activities Using sport to engage pupils and build positive relationships Assisting with classroom management and behaviour support Working one-to-one or in small groups to provide targeted help Collaborating with teaching and pastoral staff to support individual progressIdeal Candidate Will Have: A degree in Sports Science, PE, or a related subject Experience working with young people (e.g. coaching, youth work, teaching assistant roles) A calm, patient, and empathetic approach Strong communication and behaviour management skills A genuine interest in supporting students with additional needsWhy work with Tradewind?
