We have an exciting new vacancy for a Receptionist to join our team at The Royal Clifton Hotel in Southport. This 120 Bedroom Victorian Hotel is centrally located in the heart of Southport on the main Promenade and just a short walk to the nearby shops, train station and Southport Beach.

Your duties will include:
* Welcoming guests and checking guests in and out on front of house system
* Advising guests and visitors about the facilities on site.
* Being the point of contact for our guests during their stay
* Answering the telephone, making reservations, taking payments, reconciling the shift and balancing floats.
The successful candidate will be organised, punctual and well-presented, with excellent communication and customer service skills. Knowledge of Opera would be advantageous but is not essential as full training will be given.
