Sales Support (Syncros)
Part-time hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 3:00 pm / 9:00 am - 3:30 pm

The purpose of the role
We're seeking a sales coordinator to promote and raise awareness of the Syncros product range within the flooring trade and other target markets. The role involves providing sales and technical support to prospects and developing sales to meet set targets with maximum profit.
Key Tasks
1. Manage a daily recall listing from the maximiser and coordinator record sheet.
2. Contact companies on the recall list to gather information and promote the Syncros range.
3. Identify new opportunities within architects and construction firms, updating prospects with current projects.
4. Make appointments as needed.
5. Handle incoming sales inquiries from existing customers and new prospects.
6. Send product literature and samples when relevant, and direct customers to our website.
7. Follow up on quotations and tenders to promote the Syncros range and secure orders.
8. Process all sales and purchase orders within 48 hours.
9. Manage initial orders via pro-forma invoices; subsequent orders may be on account after credit checks.
10. Negotiate with suppliers to develop opportunities and margins.
11. Prioritize workload to meet targets.
12. Address cancellations and customer complaints, liaising with relevant departments.
13. Perform any other duties as required.

In return, you will receive:
1. A basic salary of £19,812.00 with OTE of £25,000.00
2. A permanent part-time role, Monday to Friday, with hours from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm or 9:00 am to 3:30 pm (no evenings or weekends)
