BAM FM is recruiting an FM General Operative to join the team based at the Wallyford Learning Campus. Working 17 hours per week.
Available Shift Pattern: 8.00am - 5.00pm Saturday and Sunday.
Pay: £13.58 per Hour.

Your mission
You will primarily be responsible for cleaning designated areas of the campus and assisting with janitorial tasks as needed.
* Carry out daily cleaning of assigned areas.
* Maintain high-quality work standards consistently.
* Report faults or damages to your supervisor or line manager.
* Perform other duties as directed by BAM FM and client management.
* Collect and dispose of waste properly, maintain waste bins, and refill consumables.
* Assist with reporting faulty equipment and maintenance issues.
* Perform basic maintenance repairs and manage opening and closing of facilities for bookings and events.
* Set up furniture for events or bookings.
* Conduct security patrols of the campus, greet visitors.
* Follow health and safety, quality, and environmental policies, ensuring compliance with legislation and BAM FM procedures.
Who are we looking for?
* Preferably with at least 12 months of cleaning experience.
* Possession of a BICs qualification is advantageous.
* PVG scheme membership for working with children is preferred.
* Ability to understand and embody BAM values.
* Ability to follow instructions accurately.
* Good time management skills.
* Knowledge of COSHH regulations.
