Key Responsibilities * Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring students stay focused and complete set work. * Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials and manage classroom behaviour effectively. * Create a positive learning atmosphere and encourage student engagement. * Follow school policies on safeguarding, behaviour, and health & safety. * Report feedback to the teaching team and senior staff.
