Job Description
As Mid-Senior Level Labor & Employment Associate you will:
1. Advise clients on labor, employment, and workplace safety laws, regulations and compliance requirements.
2. Draft, review, and negotiate employment-related contracts and policies.
3. Advise and represent clients in litigation and administrative proceedings related to employment law matters.
4. Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative legal strategies for clients.
5. Assist in handling matters related to employee benefits, wage and hour compliance, and labor relations.
6. Maintain strong client relationships and deliver high-quality legal services.
7. Stay updated on changes in employment and workplace safety laws.
