Senior Manager Regulatory Reporting (Brand-New Role)
Edinburgh (preferred) or Glasgow - hybrid working (3 days/week office)
£65k - £100k
This is a brand-new senior role to strengthen our regulatory reporting and risk insight capability. You'll sit at the heart of impairment and capital management, turning complex data into clear, actionable decisions for senior stakeholders. If you love building robust forecasting, driving stress testing, and explaining RWA drivers, this is for you.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end stress testing and forecasting across internal and regulatory cycles, ensuring outputs are timely, robust, and decision-ready.
* Own short-term forecasts and outlooks, tracking performance against actuals to drive continuous improvement.
* Provide portfolio insights on impairment and RWAs, surfacing the real drivers of movement and their business impact.
What We're Looking For:
1. Deep, hands-on experience with RWA measurement and capital concepts.
2. SAS or SQL expertise for large-scale data management and analysis (Python a plus).
3. Proven stress testing experience (frameworks, scenarios, execution) and forecasting capability.
4. Strong analytical toolkit (problem-structuring, hypothesis-led analysis) and project management across multiple priorities.
