We are now recruiting Early Career Supply Teachers (ECTs) for opportunities starting in October 2025, based in secondary schools across Burnley and nearby areas.
About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and committed Early Career Teachers to work in our client secondary schools in Burnley from October 2025. We have a variety of flexible roles available, from day-to-day supply to longer-term placements.
As an Early Career Supply Teacher (ECT), you will be delivering your specialist subject to Key Stage 3 and 4 pupils in mixed ability classrooms. We are seeking ECTs who are passionate about education, proactive in the classroom, and have high expectations for both behaviour and academic achievement.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in a range of school settings and work towards completing part or all of your induction year.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Early Career Supply Teacher (ECT), you must:
1. Have experience working with secondary-aged pupils (through placements or paid roles).
2. Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
3. Be passionate about helping pupils succeed.
4. Be confident working as part of a team and taking initiative in the classroom.
