A Multi Skilled Operative based within our Thurrock branch provides day-to-day repairs support to our residents. The successful candidate will become part of a local team undertaking a high standard of Multi Trade repairs and refurbishment activities to housing properties, delivering best-in-class customer service and satisfying all safety, quality, and cost control standards. You are required to have a certified core trade and, complementing this, can deliver additional trade activities in support of completing repair/refurbishment works on time and to a high standard in accordance with agreed standard operating procedures. You will be expected to take ownership in undertaking construction, fault finding, and maintenance repairs aiming for a first-time completion whilst remaining within budget and time parameters.
Role Criteria:
* Core trade in Plumbing or Carpentry NVQ in Plumbing or Carpentry
* Experience in Plastering, floor laying, tiling, painting & decorating, ground works
* Experience in Building Maintenance
* Social housing experience (5 years +)
* UK Full driving license
* Customer focused
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
