Service Administrator - Reading - up to 34k DOE
Mon to Fri 08:30-17:00
As the Service Administrator you will be responsible for:
Provide administration support to the service and workshop teams
Ensure customers receive all associated service documents
Raise invoices and job order numbers
Order PPE clothing for onsite staff
Book services, repairs, MOT’s for company fleet
Keep customers up to date with the breakdowns (ie parts on order)
Submit warranty claims to suppliers
Enter and send invoices via sage
File & archive invoices
As the Service Administrator you will have the following:
Previous automotive administration experience in a similar role
I.T skills – Excel, word, Outlook and Kerridge would be advantageous. Training will be giving on the internal systems.
Strong organisational skills with a great eye for detail
Enjoys working in a team environment
Thrives in a busy administrative role
