We're particularly interested in ECT’s and Qualified Teachers, who are comfortable with class behavioural management, and are adept at supporting and advising TAs that individual pupils with behavioural or complex needs.
Role Requirements:
As a Supply Teacher it's beneficial (though not compulsory) to have experience in SEN/SEMH and/or pastoral care. It's crucial that candidates applying for this role have a solid understanding of KS1 and KS2 curriculum, behavioural management and have the correct qualifications (QTS/PGCE).
