About You:
UK qualified lawyer with significant law firm or in-house experience.
Expert in legal and regulatory matters, capable of handling complex issues.
Strategic risk management skills with quick issue recognition.
Experience negotiating and drafting agreements across jurisdictions.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Capable of balancing legal risks with business growth.
Self-motivated, organized, and excellent communicator.
