With over 25 years of experience in the UK mortgage market, this firm is known for delivering exceptional service and innovative mortgage solutions. The role of Pre-Offer Case Manager is central to the success of the mortgage application journey. Working closely with departments such as Sales, Risk and Underwriting, the successful candidate will manage a pipeline of applications, ensuring they are processed efficiently through to the offer stage. Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and clients
* Act as the first point of contact for queries on mortgage applications
* Provide accurate updates and resolve queries efficiently
* Liaise with internal teams and external partners to meet business requirements
* Monitor application progress and ensure system accuracy
* Pre-approve valuation reports and supplementary documents
