Responsibilities
1. Operate in full compliance with Safety, Security, Health and Environment (SSHE) standards, proactively identifying, reporting, and addressing safety‑related issues or incidents.
2. Actively participate in and utilize World Fuel safety systems and tools, including Share It.
3. Comply with and uphold all Company safety, quality, and operational policies and procedures.
4. Follow Job Safety Analysis (JSA) requirements for all operational activities.
5. Safely handle, store, transport, and dispense aviation fuel, including into‑plane refuelling, in accordance with Company operating and quality control standards.
6. Accurately record all fuel movements, stock levels, and sales transactions.
7. Operate emergency procedures effectively in the event of incidents or operational disruptions.
8. Serve as the first point of contact for customers, delivering a consistently high standard of customer service.
9. Schedule and prioritize work activities to ensure aircraft refuelling is completed safely and on time.
10. Support planning and coordination of vehicles and manpower as required.
11. Input all required data into the AVR computer system, including sales transactions, product movement, and end‑of‑day reconciliation.
12. Maintain accurate records related to refuelling activities and product quality checks.
13. Complete all mandatory training, including annual 360 and SMITHS training.
14. Undertake additional duties or special responsibilities, where trained and authorized.
Required Qualifications & Experience
15. LGV Category C (Class 2) driving licence – required.
16. Minimum of 2 years’ current LGV Class 2 driving experience.
17. Strong commitment to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards and procedures.
18. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
19. Demonstrated initiative with strong decision‑making and problem‑solving skills.
20. Basic numeracy, data entry, and IT skills.
21. Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
22. Flexible approach to working hours, including overtime and shift work.
23. Manual handling experience.
24. Excellent time management and self‑organization skills.
25. Ability to work in compliance with external legislative and regulatory authority requirements.
