Job Description:
The Role
A Manager with an Oracle Controls focus within the team would typically be responsible for driving delivery of all Oracle service lines as part of the ERP & Business Systems team, developing new business from existing clients and prospects, and building deep relationships with blue-chip organizations, establishing themselves as a subject matter expert in assurance and consulting support.
Responsibilities
* Leading multiple Oracle assurance and advisory engagements
* Responsibility for the overall output from client engagements
* Overseeing scoping, financial management, delivery risk, and review of deliverables
* Building and managing client relationships at CIO, CFO, and Head of Internal Audit levels
* Developing internal networks and promoting the ERP & Business Systems capability, especially for Oracle
* Expanding Oracle services in specific segments like B2C and B2B across various sectors
* Coaching team members and training colleagues in ERP analytics and integration into audit delivery
* Leading product development and innovation in Oracle GRC, data, and analytics technologies
* Identifying and progressing business development opportunities, managing RFP responses, bids, proposals, and client presentations
Experience and Background
* Experience in Oracle business analysis and understanding of core financial processes within Oracle environments
* Experience with ERP and business systems like SAP and Oracle
* Functional experience with Oracle GRC, Financials, and Oracle Release 12 or Fusion
* Experience using Oracle data analysis tools
* Understanding of industry-supporting technology platforms
* Ability to present to large groups and articulate system risks and controls
* Strong relationship-building skills and ability to deliver within tight deadlines

Qualifications and Skills

* Significant industry or professional services experience
* Oracle Certifications (Desirable)
This role requires specific Oracle controls experience, including Oracle process controls and assurance services. The candidate will engage in client-facing activities and relationship building across corporate clients.
