Overview
Part Time – 20 hours per week, 3‑month fixed‑term contract.
Shift availability: Monday – Sunday, 6:30 am – 6:30 pm (up to 12‑hour shifts). Candidates must be over 18 years old.
Hourly rate: Notional £13.91 per hour.
Location: B&Q Collect, Sunbury on Thames.
Responsibilities
* Support customers throughout their digital journey, including picking up online orders, returning products, and assisting with new orders.
* Oversee the transport of stock to and from the site.
* Ensure a seamless customer journey for B&Q and Marketplace product collection and returns.
* Collaborate with colleagues across the buddy store and the GXO team to fulfil orders and returns.
* Use digital systems and devices to manage stock and process orders.
* Adhere to policies and procedures and model B&Q behaviours.
Qualifications & Experience
We are looking for someone who is friendly, outgoing, and enjoys helping others; great at teamwork but also comfortable working alone. Experience (or enthusiasm) with technology and learning new working methods is valued. Ability to work up to 12‑hour shifts on a rota that includes weekends, evenings, and bank holidays is required.
