Are you a passionate baker with a flair for leadership? Windsor Home Bakery is looking for an experienced Bakery Manager to lead our busy and much-loved bakery. About the Role
As Bakery Manager, youll oversee the smooth running of the bakery, ensuring high standards in quality, food safety, and customer satisfaction. Youll lead from the front-bringing creativity, organisation, and energy to a fast-paced environment .
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day bakery operations in line with health & safety standards
Lead, supervise, and train bakery staff in preparation and baking techniques
Oversee production of breads, pastries, cakes, and speciality items
Maintain stock levels and order supplies efficiently
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies
Monitor quality control to uphold our reputation for excellence
Develop new recipes and product ideas
Manage staff rotas, scheduling, and performance
What Were Looking For
Proven experience in bakery or food production environments
Strong knowledge of baking techniques and food safety standards
Previous management experience (preferred)
Excellent organisational and leadership skills
Creative mindset with a passion for developing new products
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
Relevant qualifications are a bonus, but not essential
