Responsibilities
* Collect and transport waste and recyclables safely and efficiently.
* Operate refuse vehicles in compliance with safety regulations.
* Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of vehicles.
* Follow assigned routes and schedules.
* Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Person Specifications
Must Have
* Valid driving license for heavy goods vehicles.
* Good physical fitness for manual handling tasks.
* Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance.
* Ability to follow routes and schedules accurately.
Nice to Have
* Experience in waste management or similar roles.
* Knowledge of local area and routes.
* Strong communication skills.
